Job Description

• Support and advocate for Visa clients comprised of financial institutions and vendors
• Properly escalate incidents promptly per support guidelines and procedures

Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems,

- Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following,

- Responsible for Concept and Detailed Design for Process Facility systems for the entire course of the project (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to Construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capable in interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Detailed understanding of all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

- Tendering process (e.g. Technical and Commercial bid evaluation).

- Time and schedule management.

- Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).

- Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.

- Review of all the bench mark data, scope and design change and contract variation aspects.

- Ensure Project Director/ Manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.

- Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.

- Support CSA & M&E team for the design including CAD team and project effectively & efficiently.

- Involved in the Commissioning of Systems and develop the documentation with the sub-contractors.

- Consolidate and upkeep of in-house engineering Standards.

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Automation Anywhere to optimize repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.

• Manage and maintain Windows servers (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022).

• Configure and troubleshoot core services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Failover Clustering.

• Deploy and manage virtualized environments using VMware (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and HyperV (SCVMM 2016/2019).

• Administer and support Citrix LTSR 7.15 XenApp and XenDesktop environments, ensuring seamless application delivery and desktop virtualization.

• Oversee the configuration and management of HP and Cisco blade servers, ensuring optimal hardware performance and resource utilization.

• Manage OS patching for Windows and VMware environments using tools such as SCCM, HPSA, and BigFix.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and minimize system vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure management.

• Hands-on experience with VMware, HyperV, and Citrix technologies.

• Proven track record in developing automation scripts and managing patching processes.

• Strong knowledge of Windows server architecture and core services.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Automation Anywhere tools.
