• Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS / PLC systems. Design system architecture, design specification, control strategies, and library development.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Supporting manufacturing operations for day-to-day support for DeltaV system.
• Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes.
• Provide support in the design, testing, commissioning and validation of the relevant Automation systems including interfaces with other subsystems.
• Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations as required.
• Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.
• System administration and maintenance support.
• Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.
• Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Automation or other related studies.
• 9 to 13 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry with good track record of automation hardware and networking technologies. Adept with networking knowhow, best practices and be able to troubleshoot all industrial networking protocols which includes but not limited to Ethernet/IP, Profibus, ProfiNet, Fieldbus, DeviceNet, etc.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Network Infrastructure, Windows Active Directory and Domain Controller, Cybersecurity Architecture, Cluster Administration tools, Backup and Restoration tools.
• Experience in the designing and commissioning of Pharmaceuticals DCS / PLC systems automation projects for GMP manufacturing site. exposure to Siemens PCS7 or S7 is preferred. Knowledge on Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience or Rockwell Pharma experience is advantageous.
• Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc) and Siemens PCS7 or S7 with Batch exposure is required.
• Strong understanding of CSV documentation for Pharma projects
• Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and qualification.
• Strong understanding of Global Engineering Standard for Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.
• Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by client.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Define, architect and document the Design-for-Testability (DFT) concept for SOC’s
• Develop, implement and verify DFT measures
• Work closely with cross-function teams (design/verification, physical, and operation) to ensure all test requirements are met and DFT function is correctly implemented for effective DFT solutions
• Achieve target structural test coverage for logic, memories, serdeses and other mixed signal IPs
• Test pattern generation/verification/post-silicon ATE support

Job Requirements:-

• Master's or Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in DFT field
• Good knowledge in Boundary Scan, ATPG Scan, Synopsys SMS and/or MBIST is a must
• Working experience in industry standard tools like Test Kompress, DFT advisor, DFT Compiler, Mentor’s SSN and OCC controller are desirable
• Knowledge of full VLSI RTL2GDSII design flow
• Knowledge in high level programming and script writing
• Knowledge in HDL, synthesis, static timing analysis and constraining will be an added advantage
• Some Experience in Test development and Product engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assists and supports the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects

· Responsible for the execution of contracts or installation of projects, as well as the coordination with contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments

· Requires ability to use and apply extensive knowledge for a specific engineering field

· Daily operation of field work activities and organization of subcontractors

· Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built correctly

· Project schedules and forecasts

· Interpretation of drawing for tradesmen

· Review of engineering deliverables

· Regular project status reports

· Effective communications between engineering, technical, construction and project control groups

· Assistance to the project manager

Qualifications / Requirements

· ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline

· Experience in handling ACMV/HVAC/Cleanroom/M&E Projects a huge plus
