Responsibilities:

· To prepare commercial and technical proposals for tenders / enquiries from local and overseas clients.

· Carry out municipal and industrial wastewater treatment process design and calculations, especially for biological treatment process.

· Able to generate P&ID and general arrangement layout drawings for proposed system.

· To specify process equipment/instrument/bulk materials for price sourcing from vendors.

· Able to work out complete detail costing for projects.

· To meet with customers on any technical clarifications or system presentation.

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· At least 3 -5 Years of working experience in the water and wastewater field (with Design and Proposal role).

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering.

· Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.

· Fast learner and able to cope in a fast paced environment.

Job Description

• To respond to customer calls to troubleshoot technical problems of medical devices so as to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround time and minimize downtime
• To perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and highlight technical abnormalities to minimize equipment downtime
• To clearly document the technical actions of problems resolved to maintain traceability
• To manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the medical industry (especially IVD or hospital BME departments)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create, review, and revise cGMP documents such as batch records and SOPs.
• Create and manage change records.
• Develop technical training materials and conduct technical training for production staff.
• Support the technology transfer of new products/processes, including field testing.
• Create, review, revise, and approve technical reports and engineering documents such as URS, FS, SDS, and P&IDs.
• Design, procure, commission, and qualify new equipment.

Job Description

• Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on construction programme progress, identify delay events and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client presentations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create detailed progress reports, S-Curves, progress trackers, and conduct programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
• Recovery & Optimization: Develop recovery programmes and summarise key strategies to overcome challenges, including preparing baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
