Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works

Lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution

Ensure designs / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices

To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters

Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management

Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc

Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met

To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications

Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents

To prepare, submit Variation Claims with instruction documents & part-plan from client

Maintain all filing systematically & uploading of softcopies in the system

To place materials order to Purchaser in advance as per Order list as per site requirement

Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures

Job Requirements:

• Preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fitting Out M&E Works
• Preferably have knowledge on how to prepare M&E technical design, technical write-up, prepare tender specifications and presentation slide for tender interviews
• MUST understand the process of tender preparation and submission
• MUST have experience in project costing and estimating
• MUST know BCA Green Mark Requirement
• Strong in Tender Presentation Skill
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity

About the Role:

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. As an Engineer under Engineering- Manufacturing System and Automation, you will be tasked to provide operational technical support to drive productivity and product quality with GxP compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also assist to drive/ execute control and automation projects and provide maintenance, backup and restore for IPC and PLCs. You will also carry out / support investigation for non-conformances.

In this role, a typical day will include:

· 1st level engineering support for major equipment downtime [24x7 supports]

· Focus on solving recurring/ long-term equipment issues through detailed understanding of the design or engineering concepts.

· Maintain and perform routine check and backup/restore for Industrial PCs/ PLCs.

· Lead and support automation/control related projects. Develop/review project documentations and related SOPs. Perform equipment/software validation.
