In case of any changes, ensure other related components are correctly sized.

5) Master Production: Update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and inform relevant departments of the strict compliance to

the delivery schedule, in consultation with the GM.

6) Kick-off Meeting: Mini-lead project kick-off meeting for the dedicated

projects handled with all critical information established

(e.g. BOM, Gantt chart, lead time)

7) Lead Time: Consistent follow-ups and confirmation from

Procurement Department on the ETA especially lead-time and technical specifications with the help of the

Design team.

: Communicate with customer in case of any changes

8) Factory Acceptance Test

(FAT)

: Attend together with the Engineering Department to

ensure complete factory testing is accomplished before

generating the in-house testing reports as records for the client

recording purposes at the site; and insert these in Project

File, provided site meetings are held.

10) Sub-contractor: Engagement and coordination with sub-contractors

services upon approval of GM for any ongoing projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience software development and system integration
• Experiences in C++ application development on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).
• Knowledge or work experiences in the following areas is an added advantage.
• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object oriented software design and UML modelling.
• Java application development, Web application using HTML/HTML5, JavaScript and JavaScript Framework (i.e. AngularJS, ExtJS, JQuery, Bootstrap).

1. Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;

2. Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings,daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;

3. Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;

4. Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers;

5. Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;

6. Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager or project director of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;

Responsibilities:

• Create analytical 2D and 3D models using Plaxis 2D /3D;
• Carry out detailed geotechnical engineering design and calculations for earth retaining structures and slope stability;
• Prepare geotechnical design calculation reports and drawings;
• Review soil investigation reports and preparing interpretative reports;
• Advise on various types of ground monitoring instruments, and review monitoring results;
• Attend design and site meetings, when required.

Requirements:

• Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering;
• Familiar with Plaxis 2D/3D software;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills, and project management skills;
• Familiar with Eurocode design procedures;
• Familiar with local building regulations regarding geotechnical work;
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in geotechnical design in a consultancy firm.

Network Engineer (Routing and Switching)

Responsibilities

The Full-time Level 2 Network Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Serving as the Project Technical Lead for ICT projects.
2. Supporting daily operations, including:Incident management
   Problem/issue remediation
   Service restoration
   
3. Fulfilling network service requests (e.g., routing & switching, DNS, static IP) in accordance with the Change Management procedure.
4. Creating and maintaining documentation, such as:Network configurations
   Network diagrams
   Mappings
   Processes
   Service records
   
5. Managing, tracking, and assessing principal advisories related to vulnerabilities, patches, and firmware upgrades.
6. Planning and applying device security patches and firmware upgrades.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
2. A minimum of 3 years of in-depth, hands-on experience with network devices, including:Cisco Nexus switches
   Catalyst switches
   ASR routers
   Infoblox
   Network monitoring tools
   Cisco DNAC
   
3. CCNP certification (Routing & Switching) is mandatory.
4. Strong communication and writing skills in English.
