• Responsible in guiding the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and substitute of mechanical or piping equipment within the Gas Engine Generators as well as its additional systems such as gas engine, pipeline, pressure pipe, ACMVs, lube oil and coolant pumps arrangement.
• Responsible in supporting mechanical support and solutions for the process & care and providing the development of care strategy including procedure/specification focusing on equipment dependability, spares inventory necessity, shutdown and inspection lists, preventive and prophetic care programmed.
• Responsible in managing and work meticulously with internal contractor and equipment seller to perform maintenance work at the Gas Engine Generators Building and terminal.
• Responsible to make certain compliance to appropriate regulations, manipulate safely, fit for object, maintainable and trustworthy for the site’s modified or anew build mechanical setup (such as gas engine, pumps, gravity vessel, safety facilities, etc).
• Responsible in guiding technical negotiations, execute and succeed project schedules or cost as well as collaboration with outward and internal shareholders, merchants for end of life and development project using company Management of Change process for machinery facilities.
• Responsible in supplying technical practicing as required in the area of process, maintenance, fault resolution of the Gas Engine Generators.
• Responsible in contacting with exterior investor including administration agencies on approbation and risk of closure of electrical arrangement that will influence gas-send out.

Requirements

Job Summary:

As a Senior Piping Engineer, he/she shall act as key person of the project as designated by Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer and performs the function inherent to this position. Responsible for the preparation of major piping layout, MTO sketch, and 3D CAD model review on piping system, equipment and structure, and interference detection. Has the technical responsibility for interpreting and evaluating stress/ vibration result, for reviewing piping layout, and piping information. Duties & Responsibilities:

• To study ITB, project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification, client standard drawings, existingdrawings, and plot plan.
• To assist in planning and organizing piping engineering activities and manpower requirement for the project.
• To assist in developing piping engineering and design schedule, manpower requirements, manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approved budget manhour/schedule.

As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVM QRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. Sustain Knowledge of Device Capabilities and Characteristics

• Keep up to date with latest Fab/ASM process technology
• Understand datasheet specifications for each device and the differences from previous technode.

Qualifications and Experience
