Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain relations with both current and prospective clientele in the water treatment sector.
• Identify and pursue fresh business prospects within the market.
• Deliver technical knowledge and support to customers regarding water treatment systems and solutions, including but not limited to:
  • Reverse osmosis systems.
  • Systems of ultrafiltration and microfiltration.
  • Modules of Multimedia Treatment.
  • Ion exchange systems.
  • Chemical treatment systems.
• Perform technical presentations for both clients and in-house teams concerning water treatment systems and solutions.
• Generate and distribute proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers, inclusive of technical details and schematics.
• Partner with in-house teams, such as the engineering and project management units, to guarantee timely and budget-conformant project completion.
• Participate in industry exhibitions and stay in touch with industry progress and trends.
• Review market trends and competitor movements to pinpoint new growth possibilities.
• Undertake any additional tasks and handle other products as directed by the immediate superior.

• At least a Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, such as chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in the water treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and solutions, including:
  • Understanding of the various types of water treatment systems and their applications.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
  • Knowledge of water quality standards and regulations.
• Experience in designing and specifying water treatment systems, including:
  • Proficiency in using CAD software to create technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to perform system sizing and hydraulic calculations.
  • Knowledge of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

• Position Title: QA Engineer
• Working Location: Defu Lane
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Be involved in supporting Internal and External Audit.
• Inspect Mechanical parts, detect welding and mechanical appearance defects.
• Use measuring equipment such as Trimos, Profile projector, Hexagonal Arm. Height gauges, Vernier calipers, etc.
• Read and interpret all drawing symbols and welding symbols.
• Liaise with external customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical advice and the best method for improving production work.
• Support Acceptance Test Plan / Process Management Plan and conduct training.
• Perform FA, Incoming, In-process and Outgoing inspection to meet the delivery schedule.
• Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated.
• Ensure maintenance record and Production in-process record is updated on time.
• Ensure the implementation of corrective actions/preventive action as a result of weekly Source inspection by customers.
• Compiling Outgoing Inspection reports to support documents in the customer portal, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Assist with Document Control - To ensure all drawings are latest and filed in a proper manner.
• Assists/performs other non-routine duties as assigned by QA Manager

• Must possess a minimum of a Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in QA.
• Experience in Machining, Metal stamping, fabrication and related secondary processes (such as welding, plating, and powder coating) industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of auditing skills for ISO9001 and Qualified Internal Auditor experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills i.e. good skills in 5S, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
