· Overall, 10 years of work experience in IT with minimum of 3 years as software and application lead.
· Experience in handling regional IT application team and liaising with users across Asia region. Support vendor built and some internally built applications in Finance, HR, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Finance Crime Reporting stream.
· Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux and ensure the availability and effectiveness of the middle and back-office applications.
· Knowledge of RPA tools like BluePrism and support the Robotic Platform Automation platform.
· Sound understanding of Azure and Google Cloud Platforms.
· Knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools like Control-M and MoveIT.
· Analyzing the issues\incidents\problems by writing queries in MSSQL and Oracle SQL.
· Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps and should be proficient with the usage of tools such as Bitbucket\ Bamboo\ Confluence \ JIRA \ Artifactory \ Remedy and Service Now.
· Experience in SharePoint and O365.
· Handling of auditor queries where client needs to adhere to and be in line with internal controls, external audit requirements and compliance policies. Ensuring governance, processes and standard operating procedures.
· Negotiate and formalize ‘Statement of Work (SoW)’ between clients\vendors and the organization by bringing them under the agreement to take up or manage the service.
· Review and analyze service requests and incidents by using PowerBI tool. Knowledge of IT Service Management Frameworks and Standards (e.g. ITIL)
· Provide business cases to undertake the automation of the processes and conduct periodic review of automation opportunities to enhance the production support.
· Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to take incidents to closure with minimal turnaround time and no\less impact to business.
· Should be able to take initiatives like application COE (Centre of Excellence).
· Conduct weekly\monthly governance meetings with client to present the service delivered for the period in the question and evaluate the quality of services delivered along with client to enhance the processes and review the scope for improvement.
· Review procedure manuals & workflow documentations consistently to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is available with the help of Confluence tool.
· Make sure user access review conducted on a periodic basis to mitigate the risk of leavers.
· Maintain stable production environment by gate keeping & controlling the changes promoted to production, ensuring relevant testing has been performed & signed off.
Perform the post-security patching verification of applications.
