We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.

Outcomes: 

1. Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions) 
2. Track and improve our pipeline building activities: Ensure key positions have the required pre-qualified candidates “in reserve” at all times. 
3. Communicate proactively: 
1. Conduct monthly check-ins with key hiring managers to
   (a) enable the Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of staffing needs across the business and
   (b) gather feedback from business stakeholders on our hiring processes.
2. Share a weekly report with the Head of HR and/or Leadership
4. Continuous refinement of our hiring process:  Schedule a working session each month with selected Leadership team members to reflect on our hiring process and implement improvements.

1. Conduct weekly 1:1s with each TA, hearing their challenges and providing the appropriate level of guidance and autonomy to help them grow.

About the interview process

We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. Day to day we confront the challenge of complicated engineering issues, e.g. design data-intensitve architecture, ensure data consistency across multiple data centers, guarantee fund security, etc. We work closely with data and algorithm teams to build models to better understand the world's biggest and most diverse user base; and also build platform foundations to improve the efficiency of delivering new product strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Design and develop high-performant, high-reliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok's products.

-Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features end-to-end.

-Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with high-quality and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related major, with 3+ years working experience.

-Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.

-In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MQ etc.

-Strong experience and ability in system problem analysis, able to solve complex system problems.

-Experience in big data analysis technology is preferred.
