- Create detailed market reports and present insights to leadership teams to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute effective market access initiatives.
- Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Lead the growth and expansion of the dermatology portfolio within the regional market.
- Drive business development by evaluating market opportunities, identifying potential products, and overseeing product forecasting and pipeline management from pre-launch to post-launch stages.
- Work with Principals, Medical, and Commercial teams to develop product training plans.
- Formulate brand strategies and market penetration plans, track competitive intelligence, and proactively address market changes.
- Analyze research data and customer feedback to stay aligned with market trends and enhance product competitiveness.
- Define and implement strategic marketing plans, execute marketing campaigns, and continuously evaluate their performance and outcomes.
- Set strategic goals, priorities, and action plans for products, sharing them with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the dermatology product line and collaborate with clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
- Organize and deliver product training for local and regional distributor sales teams, ensuring they have the scientific knowledge and communication skills needed to meet sales objectives.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company.
Job Specification
- At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing product lifecycles, particularly within the dermatology sector in the region.
- Strong understanding of market access strategies, pricing, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
