To create a meaningful experience for SGTech’s corporate members in our business communities (Chapters) related to Digital Trust and Digital Transformation technologies. To succeed in this role, you require strong stakeholder management skills to manage the interests of C-suite industry leaders, community partners and government agencies. It is also important for you to be detail-oriented and possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.

The Chapter Manager will have a unique opportunity to work closely with industry-led C-suite leadership team known as Chapter Executive Committees (Excos) to engage and create value for the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

1) Chapter Exco Management

• Facilitate regular meetings to plan, consult and drive execution of chapter management plans;
• Work closely with Exco members to source for the resources required to ensure successful execution of projects and activities;
• Coordinate communications between Exco members and SGTech Council leadership to ensure alignment to organisation goals;

Advisory: Help members navigate government structures, programmes and policies

• Build a strong understanding of the public and private sector landscape specific to your chapters domain;
• Build a strong understanding of the grants and programmes managed by SGTech.

Business Opportunities: Drive local and global business matching opportunities for members

• Coordinate business matching events in partnership with SGTech’s Digital Transformation and Internationalisation programmes;
• Manage partnership with tech user businesses communities. Take ownership in developing relationships and collaborations with other trade associations and equivalent partners.

Business Capabilities: Build members’ business capabilities in Talent, Sustainability, Digital Transformation and Trust.

• Champion initiatives that support members’ business needs in the areas of Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Digital Trust, Internationalisation and Talent Development;
• Work with SGTech’s Strategic Programmes team to customise and design new programmes and products to benefit the member community.

Collaboration and Connections: Bridge B2B connections and partnership opportunities for the community.

• Facilitate programmes and activities that provide a platform for members to interact, e.g., networking events, business matching, workshops and seminars;
• Actively engage the community to develop a strong understanding of the membership base, contributing to the higher success in chapter member retention at renewal.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience preferred. A track record of working with business communities and senior management stakeholders will be an advantage;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging senior management and partners at all levels;
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and persuasion;

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. This includes leading the content writing and managing the teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia.

• Lead, craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring a unified brand voice aligned with business goals across various channels including and not limited to marketing campaigns, social media, product, webinars, thought leadership pieces, infographics, customer newsletters, case studies, videos and digital content
• Plan editorial calendar and lead editorial meetings with key stakeholders to ensure consistent push of content across all channels (website, social media, email etc). Develop and execute strategies for distributing content across multiple channels (ex. social media, email, partnerships) and exploring paid distribution opportunities. • Manage Toll’s social media presence to drive brand and marketing objectives, overseeing scheduling, and utilizing reporting/analytics to continually improve effectiveness. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.. Maintain an organized content management system for easy access and reuse of content assets. Manage content workflows, approvals and publishing processes to streamline production. Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, factually accurate, and adhering to brand voice, guidelines and tonality.
• Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Ensure all content is legally compliant, adhering to copyright laws and industry regulations, email marketing laws and regulations (opt ins, opt outs) following proper protocols for sensitive or regulated content
• Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments. Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Develop and implement an overall email marketing strategy identifying target audiences and segments to create personalized and relevant email content.
• Collaborate with the Toll Design Studio – focusing on content copywriting and design to produce visually appealing and engaging materials. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote content effectively

To Be Successful, You'll need:
• 3+ years previous experience in similar role
• Leading creative team with creating copy for creative campaigns and eDM journeys
• Short-form social and web/digital content and writing for B2B audiences

About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues. · Improving of the cost structure that can contribute to the medical service business.

· Strengthening / optimizing the local organization of APAC technical service department and developing next leaders (localize).

What we are looking for:

· Possesses a Degree in Engineering with related experience in Marketing or a Degree in any Business discipline with related experience/knowledge of engineering in the medical field.

· Minimum 10 years of working experience, related work experience in the medical device industry (e.g. Field Service Engineer, Repair Engineering, Quality Engineering experience)

· Prior experience in field service engineering and service strategy planning in North Asia preferred

· Experience in leading planning for new-generation medical products in HQ

· Knowledge of Global repair service and market situation based on global HQ experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Finance Business Partner to support financial reporting and accounting for mega IT infrastructure portfolio. The candidate is required to have sound understanding of the portfolio and its operating model to provide financial / commercial insights to support key decisions or improvement plans.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial and analytical aptitude, attention to detail, comfortable with managing large data sets, highly proficient with the use of excel, reporting and dashboarding tools.

Role & Responsibilities

• Finance focal point for portfolio reporting including P&L, cashflow and reserves reporting
• Set up the financial and project structure required to facilitate management reporting based on the metrics needed
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring mechanism to provide financial status updates in different dimensions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the annual budgeting exercise for the portfolio, including gathering inputs and performing reasonableness assessment on the budget
• Effectively manage financial responsibilities and decision making in a changing environment
• Produce clear and concise financial / presentation decks to provide analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders or to address adhoc issues
• Lead and participate in cross functional collaboration with other departments
• Process planning and improvement to help streamline portfolio finance processes
• Any other matters as assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements

• Good degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in the Big 4 audit firms and commercial firms (combined)
• This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise across several ongoing tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to be clear and concise in thought process and communication to enable effective stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar tools and comfortable working with large data sets
• Need to be curious and has keen interest to deep dive into financials to shed light on the projects
• Ability to think logically and always challenging yourself to provide value added support to your stakeholders
