Job Description:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a café, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing staff.
• Train new staff and managing staff scheduling
• Ability to handle customer's complaints, feedback, or handle disputes and de-escalating issues that arise.
• Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe.
• Participate in planning for the cafe's promotional activity and new menus.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a managerial/supervisor position
• Obtained Food hygiene certificate
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
• Willing to work on weekends and shift rotation
• Singaporeans or PR only

Schedule:

• Operational days - Tuesdays to Sundays
• Operational hours - 0800-0030
• Schedule and roster to be arranged with the Managing Director
• Not more than 44hours a week. Any overtime incurred will be paid accordingly.

Salary:

• SGD2500-SGD2600 monthly depending on experience

* Coordinating daily management operations

* Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

* Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

* Organize and supervise shifts

* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

* Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

* Able to work night shift

Requirements：

* Proven work experience or similar role

* Proven customer service experience as a manager

* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

* Acute financial management skills
