• Work closely with the marketing team to create content for recruitment marketing campaigns (e.g., job ads, employee testimonials, career events).
• Lead and optimize recruitment marketing efforts on various platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, company website, etc.).
• Drive social media and digital marketing strategies to engage potential candidates and increase brand awareness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.
• Utilize data insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and achieve recruitment goals.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives and recommend improvements.

Candidate Experience & Engagement:

• Focus on improving the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding.

Qualifications:
