The QA/QC Manager for Offshore Substation (OSS) is responsible for the overall quality assurance and quality control of all activities related to the design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the offshore substation. The role ensures that all processes, systems, and deliverables meet the required quality standards, industry regulations, and Employer Requirement. The QA/QC Manager will implement and oversee the project-specific quality management system (QMS), ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead efforts to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and improve the project’s QMS in line with Employer Requirement, industry standards (ISO 9001, IEC, DNV, etc.), and Korea regulatory requirements where necessary.
• Develop detailed quality plan, procedures, and work instructions specific to offshore substations, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements.
• Perform suppliers and subcontractors’ qualification and selection processes based on their ability to meet quality standards. Monitor and assess suppliers and contractors’ quality performance throughout the project execution.
• Conduct internal and external audits of the project’s QMS, ensuring compliance with Employer Requirement, established procedures, standards, and regulations. Manage corrective actions to address any audit findings.
• Ensure all project documentation (e.g., Inspection, Test and Audit Plan, Project Quality Plan, drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and reports) are properly prepared, controlled, stored, and accessible to authorized personnel.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction and installation activities comply with quality specifications. Monitor offshore installation activities, including Topside construction, equipment commissioning, and so on.
• Track, report, and manage non-conformities (NCs) for materials, processes, and equipment. Ensure that root causes are identified, corrective actions are implemented, and preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure that all testing, including electrical, mechanical, and structural tests, are carried out according to Employer Requirement, approved standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Make sure that the offshore substation meets DNV Project Certification based on DNV-ST-0145 (2021 Edition) primarily.
• Supervise the commissioning process to verify that the offshore substation meets all operational and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure all QC-related documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Employer’s expectations.
• Ensure the compilation and completion of quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates for final handover to Employer upon project completion.

Project Integration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality management is integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and Employer to ensure the quality system and results meet project standards and expectations.
• Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and actions to Project Manager, Interface and Risk Manager, and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify quality-related risks, including those related to offshore conditions, materials handling, and installation processes. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent issues from impacting project timelines, costs, or safety.
• Lead the resolution of quality-related issues on-site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Ensure non-conformity reports (NCRs) are documented and appropriate corrective actions are implemented promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Experience

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with at least 5 years in the offshore energy sector or large infrastructure projects (offshore substations, offshore wind, or oil & gas).

• Leads all stages of the clinical study development process including: feasibility assessments; protocol design; CRF design; ISF investigational site selection; generation of clinical study reports and the development of study-related documents, informed consent documents, study manuals and plans, trial master files (TMF), case report form design, etc. Identify data gaps and the need for phase 4 RWE studies for data generation.
• Provide clinical operation support to the local team as needed.
• Act as regional medical lead for CRO management, conduct due diligence for onboarding of the CRO and participate in CRO qualification and audit process.

Assistant Manager

Salary Range; commensurate based on experience:
From $3,400 to $3,600 per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for our Private Dining Restaurant called Casa Pietrasanta.
• Ensure food handling and hygiene regulations are in accordance with SFA standards.

• Able to take order, explain the menu and suggest dishes to the customers, able to reccomend and sell wines.
• Able to perform under pressure
• Keeping the Restaurant and equipment clean and in good working conditions
• Working closely with the Manager.
• Preparation/delegating of mise en place
• Maintain proper stock for smooth running of daily restaurant operations
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
• Able to cope in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys being challenged, committed to serving food of the highest quality.
• Have good initiative, a self-starter and a team player.

Job Scope:

1. Deeply understand the company's marketing objectives, design and optimize marketing tools and processes.

2. Define requirement documents (PRD) based on business needs, coordinate resources, ensure project completion on time, and achieve results that meet business objectives.

3. Responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing marketing data, researching user behavior and market trends, and providing data support for marketing decisions.

4. Build and maintain data analysis models and reports related to marketing, provide insights and optimization suggestions.

5. Provide daily technical support for the company's system, quickly respond to issues and solve technical problems.

6. Write scripts or development tools to improve team efficiency and optimize business processes.

Job Requirement：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, with abilities in code development and data analysis, including but not limited to Python, Java, C language, SQL, Tableau, etc;

2. Understand information systems related to marketing, such as e-commerce platforms, after-sales, CRM, etc;

3. Understand relevant content in the field of marketing, such as digital marketing, advertising placement, traffic operations, etc;

4. Have good project management skills and be able to coordinate resources to drive project execution.

5. Clear logic and strong communication skills, able to effectively convey product requirements and solutions.
