Job Description

• Working as part of the Hotel Asset Management team to facilitate the Front Office Operations of a Hotel
• Matrix Reporting to the Asset Manager and Hotel Operations - Front Office Manager.
• Oversee the daily operations of the front office team, including check-in/checkout, guest services, and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, including fire drills and guest evacuations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue for banquets and catering. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, social, and member events.
