- Close contact and delivery follow-up with our local forwarding agent of any wine deliveries to be arranged to clients in restaurants or personal addresses, mainly in Southeast Asia.

- Launch and coordination of “group” activities for Members (e.g. group shipments from wine cellars, vineyard visits, etc).

• Sales Assistance:

- Assistance in the prospecting stage; sales correspondence, arranging meetings, sales and wine offers.

- Sales support with day-to-day customer follow-up, working closely to define the sales targets & to monitor regularly the business objectives.

- Follow up and analysis of client’s reports (relating to all activities for the account).

- File preparation as and when needed for clients’ meetings.

- Consolidation of operational activities and issues of the zone for weekly reporting to Head of Members Services Manager.

• Participation in service development and process improvement:

- Contribution to the experience/knowledge sharing within the team.

- Operational processes update of new or existing guidelines.

- Be part of the Sales team in various working groups and/or projects within the group.

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years in high-net-worth client account management, in an international setting and ideally within luxury services.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Ads, you will shape the strategy, planning and communication of our suite of Ads solutions, thought leadership in digital, and supporting the Sales organization in driving advertising business from large corporate clients and agencies. You'll encourage and educate marketers across the Philippines with market insights, support content strategy, and communicate effectively through scalable marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Comms, Sales and Ads Product Specialists, as well as collaborating with other Marketing teams across global offices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales organization to drive positive brand perception & incremental revenue
• Drive business analysis and analytical activities to develop B2B marketing strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4 years’ work experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry with business acumen
• Experience at a marketing firm, agency, management consulting firm, bank, and/or in another role requiring strategic problem identification and problem-solving skills.
