The Project BIM Manager (PBM) is responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for large-scale or infrastructure projects. This role is focused on implementing BIM strategies, ensuring digital delivery, and coordinating 4D and 5D BIM models to integrate design, cost, and scheduling information effectively.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and procedures for each project phase.

• Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial management of how the bank engages and spends money with its external third-party suppliers.
