4. Conversion Rate: Increase the percentage of users who take a desired action after viewing the content, such as clicking on a link, signing up for an event/programme

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Attraction Partner, with experience in recruiting marketing, talent research and diversity sourcing to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our APAC TA team and work collaboratively with various business groups across Wise. You’ll report directly to our head of talent attraction, with a dotted line to the APAC TA leadership team.

Your mission:

• Working closely with our APAC TA team, head of talent attraction and local hiring teams, you will execute on a variety of initiatives including sourcing, diversity, events, communities and employer brand campaigns.
