Primary Duties:

A.) Project Planning & Coordination: Prepare detailed project plan to oversee the acquisition and development of SAP software systems in organisational units, including factoring all deliverables, risks & associated mitigation.

People Management

Building Operations

• Ensure that preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with the Contract requirements
• Responsible for overall smooth operation of the buildings as assigned and ensures that all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners. Incident reports are to be submitted promptly per SOPs
• Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the car park per SOPs
• Ensure the implementation and compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. SMC, SIC, FSM)

Leasing/ Tenancy Matters

• Work with Leasing Team to manage tenancies such that targets relating to occupancy and rental, tenant mix and marketing positioning are achieved
• Administer tenancy matters including administering addition and alteration works, processing of tenancy termination and the enforcement of tenancy terms and conditions according to Lease Agreement
• Promote good landlord and tenant relationships to the point of delighting the tenants

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and implement Marcom programmes for the building through working closely with the Community Experience team.

About the Role
