About This Role:

This role will be part of a dynamic team to drive acquisition and business development for the bank’s commercial cards program. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across departments to support acquisition and ongoing management of commercial cards for SMEs and Midcap clients. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the development programme (developing undergraduate student talents)

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least 2 years of working experience supporting or managing initiatives such as leadership/ talent programs, youth development, communications
• Proficient in using software, including MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams
