We are representing a renowned global leader in Retail Lifestyle brands, known for its innovative range of apparels, footwear, and accessories. The brand seamlessly combines athletic excellence with cutting-edge fashion design, offering a diverse collection that spans sports and lifestyle. They are actively seeking for a Senior Retail Business Analyst to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilties:
Collaborates with the Director of Retail SEA, Country Heads of Retail, and various stakeholders within SEA Retail to enhance the performance of the Retail Channel, encompassing both Owned & Operated stores. Also, actively contributes to implementing the retail strategy across franchisee stores (wholesale channel) within the region.
Focuses on optimizing all aspects of Retail, striving for excellence by undertaking Retail Operations initiatives aimed at enhancing store efficiency. Additionally, leads specific business and consumer engagement initiatives to boost traffic, enhance conversion rates, and increase sales.
Retail Operations Initiatives
- Customize, establish, and implement the organization’s customized Retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment among all stakeholders, including corporate and stores, across the SEA regions
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations teams to enhance store processes and boost overall store efficiency
Financial Planning and Analysis for Retail
- Developing budgets and forecasts for retail sales
- Compiling store deal packs for capex approval related to new store openings, relocations, and expansions
- Monitoring store performance using dashboards and various tools
Operations
- Creating diverse internal decks, presentations, and reports for Country/Region/Global
- Collaborating with internal departments and engagement stakeholders to establish a Center of Excellence for retail engagement, defining engagement priorities, and implementing initiatives for staff, customer experience, product business units, and digital efforts
- Taking a lead or supporting role in ad-hoc Retail pilot/rollout projects, collaborating with external partners to enhance store traffic and conversion rates. Experimenting with pilot projects at flagship stores, evaluating results through trial and error, and determining the feasibility of further implementation across all stores
- Managing and enhancing the organization’s consumer loyalty program
The Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- Consulting background having worked for Consumer facing industries
- Experience in internal audits / process improvements / market research projects / industry mapping / financial analysis, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant skillsets in Power BI & PRISM/retail POS system would be a advantageous
