JOB SUMMARY

• The Talent Acquisition Partner, CIB would be accountable for a portfolio of Recruitment for Managing Directors and Executive Directors within CIB with a laser sharp focus on the client experience. Business

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.

1. Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions)

About the interview process
