The incumbent supports the Cluster Managers in administering a specialist centre. He / she works together with the team to develop, plan and deliver services to meet clinical, operational and financial goals of the company, ensuring the efficient and productive use of resources. He/she is to achieve the highest professional standards and quality goals for the patient. He / she shall work together with the Cluster Managers to implement plans to retain essential skills, and to motivate staff to bring out the best in them and contribute to organisational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute action plans for the specialist outpatient centres to meet strategic goals
• Develop and promote specialist services and set up new centres
• Conduct market surveys and develop new packages / pricing for these new services
• Regular review of existing services and prices for these services to remain competitive
• Develop and improve marketing materials for specialist centre. Identify customer groups for each service and develop marketing activities
• Develop and improve work processes to create seamless and efficient services, and ensure accurate billing and timely collection for each visit
• Ensure smooth running of daily centre operations and that patients and visitors are attended to pro-actively to assure a seamless service and consistent experience
• Seek feedback as learning opportunities and act on them. Investigate and take appropriate actions in response to feedback
• Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and other employees of the Hospital
  Support and communicate the Hospital and department organization structure, philosophy, goals, policies and procedures to staff and ensure that they are translated to service delivery
• Manage availability and efficient use of resources. Contain costs through appropriate and economical utilization of resources such as time, supplies, equipment and manpower
• Provide teamwork, cooperation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and other employees of the hospital
• To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters
• Any assignments given by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business/Management Studies or any other discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry will be preferred but we will also consider candidates with no prior experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive rapid growth and success as we scale our expanding business.

This is a critical role with direct responsibilities and ownership to craft and execute day-to-day performance marketing operations and drive longer term acquisition strategies in Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR Technology Projects
  • Work closely across internal HR teams and IT team to gather and document business requirements, analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities for technology improvements.
  • Work with external vendor to define the functional design (i.e., business requirements, workflow, system access) and solutioning to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform impact analysis and estimate effort/cost required which includes identifying scope/approach for data migration with the business users.

  • Provide ongoing support to HR staff and other users, addressing any questions or concerns about the system; a point of contact for resolving technical issues related to the various HR solutions in place.
  • Create and maintain system documentation across all internal HR portals and HR tech platforms, including employee directories, user guides, policies, and processes, to enhance the self-service capabilities.

  • Create and maintain functional documentation, user guide, FAQs where necessary to support end-users to navigate the system effectively.
• Data Management
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits, data validation.
  • Develop and generate ad-hoc reports, stories to meet the needs of HR and other departments.
  • Work with different teams to understand their data needs, developing data collection strategies and ensure Employee Central as the system of record to optimize efficiency and data quality
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and design HR dashboards that provide real-time insights into key HR metrics.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, new releases from SAP and work with vendors to implement new features.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, technology, and best practices to ensure the HR service delivery will be at the optimal level.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in HR technology management and system administration, or system implementation of HR technology software or related roles, with at least 3 years in planning, project managing and executing SAP SuccessFactors project.
• SAP Certifications.
• In-depth knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors modules EC / ECP / RCM / ONB / PMGM / CMP / S&D.
• Expert proficiency in configuration, application, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably certification in SAP Employee Central and EC Payroll.
• Strong technical background to coordinate with technical teams and vendor to solve complex requirement and integration issues.
• Good grasp of IT Technologies, methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
• Good understanding of HR technology platforms, 3rd party faculty information system, survey platform (Glint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
