The Role: AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking an AI/Machine Learning Specialist to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges in the climate tech space, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) using models like BERT and tools like Azure Document Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models, including BERT and similar transformer-based models.
• Design and implement AI agents for a variety of use cases.
• Explore and experiment with new AI techniques, particularly in recommender systems.
• Build and maintain inference pipelines for real-time AI applications.
• Manage model deployment, versioning, and continuous validation pipelines.
