Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the team under the Learning and Professional Development Division to design and develop new curriculum, and enhance existing programmes at IAL. These include IAL flagship programmes and IAL-owned continuing professional development (CPD) courses.
• You will explore and introduce innovative designs and pedagogies in the development to produce quality curriculum and instructional designs for learning efficacy.
• Collaboratively with team members, you will develop a mechanism to recollect delivery experience with data collection approaches and reflective methodology, aimed to identify and crystallise IAL pedagogies based on institutional design and reflective evaluation
• This role also requires you coach members of the team to raise staff competency in curriculum design and development, instructional designs and methodology.

Job Requirements

• A tertiary qualification preferably in instructional design and technology
• Possess ACTA/ACLP/DACE or strong pedagogical knowledge/practice in Adult Education
• At least 10 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Adult Education
• Strong facilitation knowledge and skills, with relevant credentials and certification

Role Purpose

As an Endpoint Privilege Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of CyberArk’s endpoint security business. This role is responsible to support global payroll processing. Liaising with payroll vendor globally for payroll related matters. Assist HR Manager on compensation and benefit scope. Tasks involved are compensation and benefits review, bonus plan and increment policies review, performance appraisal exercises, analysis of market trends, job evaluation, and related matters etc.

Role Accountabilities

Payroll Processing

• Responsible to liaise with payroll vendor for all countries payroll related matters.
• Liaise with HRBP and internal stakeholders on global payroll related matters.
• Responsible in all government statutory and ad-hoc surveys.
• Perform government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, FW levy and other related claims.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
