Job Description

• Supporting the Product team that powers the Wise Card issuing infrastructure to our partners. You’ll be spearheading the end-to-end operational onboarding flow of new partners which includes configuring set-up in Visa/Mastercard, onboard partners onto Apple Pay/Google Pay and solving physical card issuance requirements.
• Taking full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final implementation, including assessing problem size and impact, creating rollout plans, collaborating across teams, conducting testing, and refining solutions.

Job Description:
The Customer Acquisition Officer plays a pivotal role in driving enrollment and ensuring a seamless experience for potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales engagement, creating a welcoming environment for prospective clients while building long-term relationships that foster customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

• Coordinate and arrange free trial swimming classes for potential customers.
• Engage with inquiries (via text, calls, and walk-ins) to provide information about classes and the benefits of swimming with The Swim Starter.
• Proactively follow up with leads to encourage attendance at trial classes.

Post-Sales:

• Follow up with customers after trial classes via text and calls, addressing queries and building rapport.
• Effectively convert trial attendees into paying customers by emphasizing the value of our swimming programs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track conversions to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with a diverse client base).
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and build trust with customers.
• Persuasive and Influential: Confident in converting leads into paying customers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Working Hours and Environment:

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Mondays off).
• Weekday Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Weekend Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Probation Period: In-office work required.
• Post-Probation: Hybrid work arrangement (office and work-from-home flexibility).

Scope of work

• Prepare technical training materials for new kitchen equipment as and when needed.

• Train new technicians on technical skills and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.

• Perform quality checks on technicians’ technical service and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.

• Perform preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.

• Perform delivery and installation of kitchen equipment to customer sites, as and when needed.

• Ensure proper care of tools, materials, and work areas.

• Ensure proper care of company properties.

• Ensure proper care of spare part inventories as issued by company.

• Ensure the daily work activities are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the company procedures and standards.

• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

· Preferably with prior experience in servicing and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

· Pro-active, keen to learn, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.

• Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
• Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.

Qualifications & experience

• Min GCE "O" Level qualification and above
• Able to work independently and remotely when required
• Preferably with Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) or willing to take for the mentioned course
• Willing to standby on weekend (need to respond to WhatsApp and phone calls after office hours)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing temporary staffing project
• Responsible for job assignment, liaising with candidates and clients, attending to clients' feedback, training and assessing of candidates, recruitment and interviewing of new candidates, achieving sales targets, site visits to enhance customer relationship, any ad hoc project assigned by the management.
• Provide end to end recruitment process (360)
• Secure new clients & job positions
• Draft up job advertisements, posting on career portals
• Assessing candidates' applications and shortlist for prospective clients
• Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well-prepared
• Ensure sales closures to achieve sales target
