Responsibilities
To support in Payroll, billing administration and management of contracts
ā¢ Processing of Bi-Weekly/Monthly payroll for contractors
ā¢ Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
ā¢ Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis)
ā¢ Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
ā¢ Assist new payroll system implementation
ā¢ Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates
ā¢ Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim
ā¢ Submitting insurance claim
ā¢ Submitting of CPF Refund / Adjustment
ā¢ Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI Holder
ā¢ Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
ā¢ Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes
At least 1-3 years of Payroll and HR experience
ā¢ Knowledge in Payroll software and proficiency in excel are advantageous.
ā¢ High integrity, able to handle confidential information
ā¢ A team player with strong interpersonal skills
ā¢ Strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
