1. General AV Operations

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment within the school premises.
• The Personnel shall provide technical support in lighting, audio, video, and stage management for events organized by the Authority or external parties.

2. Lighting

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and manage lighting equipment to ensure optimal illumination and ambiance during events.

3. Audio

• The Personnel shall set up and manage audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue).
• The Personnel shall ensure optimal sound quality for live audiences and recordings, including balancing audio levels, managing live feeds and delivering clear audio for speeches, music and other event components.

4. Video

• The Personnel shall operate video equipment such as cameras, projectors, and editing tools.
• The Personnel shall perform live-streaming, event recording, and display visual elements.
• The Personnel shall ensure video quality and content align with the events’ objectives.

5. Stage Management

• The Personnel shall set up and manage the physical stage, ensuring safety, proper arrangement, and necessary equipment such as podiums and seating.
• The Personnel shall coordinate transitions between event segments (e.g., speeches, performances, presentations) with the Authority's staff.

(b) AV Support for Staff and Students

• The Personnel shall assist in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings, and lessons.
• The Personnel shall provide video recording support for school events and lessons.
• The Personnel shall supervise students tasked with video recording events.
• The Personnel shall conduct AV training sessions for students and staff.

(c) ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall collaborate with the SH (ICT) / ICT Manager to propose solutions addressing ICT/AV challenges, including technical specifications and cost assessments.
• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following:
• Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment
• Demo and Testing Coordination: The Personnel shall with with ICT department to organize and oversee product demonstrations or testing of proposed AV solutions to assess their functionality and suitability for the Authority's needs.
• Vendor and Liaison: The Personnel shall work with the ICT department to liaise with selected vendors during installation and commissioning.

d) ICT & AV Resource Management

The Personnel shall assist in managing the Authority's ICT/AV resources.

The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repairs of ICT/AV hardware.

(e) Media Post-Production

1. Video Editing

• The Personnel shall compile raw footage, arrange clips and create cohesive narratives.
• The Personnel shall add titles, subtitles and on-screen graphics and animations to enhance video content.

2. Sound Editing and Mixing

• The Personnel shall edit dialogue, remove unwanted sounds, and enhance audio clarity.
• The Personnel shall add ambient sounds, sound effects, or music to enrich audio quality.
• The Personnel shall select and propose suitable music tracks for videos.

Qualification:

• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of professional AV system.
• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of video system.

Summary of Role

Service Line Sales Specialists (SLS) provide deep expertise in a Service Line Practice Area to support the Client Leadership Team to close new and expansion opportunities on accounts. They are actively involved in growing the service line’s footprint and assisting the Client Partners to engage clients with service line opportunities. SLS are trusted advisors with a good mix of strategic and tactical management experience.

SLS Managers (SLS M), in addition to performing an SLS role themselves are also expected to lead a team of 2-3 SLSes. SLS M is required to provide oversight on the activities of the SLS, become the escalation point or the single point of contact for the Markets and SPE Leadership for the Geography.

In this role, the SLSM will focus on Cognizant Custom Software Engineering services that are catered to by the Software and Platform Engineering Service Line. Job Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in a senior-level consulting client-facing role or account manager leadership role
• Should have led a Sales organization of 5-10 associates and should be able to track business performance, manage escalations and lead teams
• Ability to become a trusted advisor of the client who can understand client aspirations, pain points etc. and orchestrate the right capabilities within Cognizant to establish credibility with the client
• Knowledgeable in selling DE, ADM & QEA services in the market.

Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Logistics

Role Purpose:

• Responsible for planning, preparation and execution of Maintenance Work Orders. The Maintenance Work Orders include the repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the ASRS System, so as to achieve a safe and smooth logistics operations
• Ensure the ASRS system is operational (at least 99.0% uptime)
• Ensure the automatic guided vehicles (AGV) and Logistics Operations equipment are maintained as per schedule, in good working condition and available for use

Major Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management

• Execute Preventive Maintenance/ Inspection, Planned/Unplanned Repair as per scheduled/planned and approved by Section Manager
• Ensure all documentation is done for each Work Order carried out
• Provide system support for logistics operations
• Liaise with the Control Centre and Operational Team on maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance works with no disruption to logistics operations
• Analyze and correct minor errors encountered together with Operational Team Leader and major errors encountered with assistance from Witron Helpdesk
• Diagnose and correct technical errors encountered within the shortest possible time
• Analyze and correct operative errors together with Operational Team Leader

Spare Part Management

Health & Safety Management

• Carry out good 5S practices in Work Area and on Tools & Equipment
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE), tools and equipment, and Fire Shutter Doors are inspected accordingly
• Ensure consumables Items are replenished accordingly

Training

• Be able to perform and train other team members on how to perform ASRS Basic Error Recovery
