Job Summary
As a Cosmetics Product Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development, testing, and commercialization of cutting-edge products. You’ll be responsible for formulating new skincare and personal care solutions, ensuring product efficacy and stability, and maintaining all necessary documentation throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product development, specifically within cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industries.
• Skills:

- Proficient in skincare, haircare and bodycare formulation and the use of basic lab equipment.

- Familiar with GMP and regulatory requirements for product development and manufacturing.

- Strong documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
