• Be part of a world class globally-distributed team.
• Help administer efficient and compliant handling of legal requests, including but not limited to requests for information in response to third-party civil matters as well as in legal process served from law enforcement and government officials.
• Be responsible for performing operations seamlessly and timely Service-Level Agreement (SLA) delivery along with maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Partner with cross functional teams including Public Policy, Legal, and Product Engineering teams to ensure our policies and processes are carried out in a scalable fashion.
• Deal with sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and a calm demeanor.
• Participate in a rotating weekend coverage duty.

Requirements:

• Japanese fluency (JLPT N2 and above, or native-level fluency) to deal with stakeholders in Japan
• 5+ years of legal support experience processing requests for user information, legal documents, or other relevant background experience in Legal or Trust & Safety.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of DNS and how the Internet works.
• Experience managing sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and a calm demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous matters.
• A great attitude and team player.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with the global legal considerations related to legal requests seeking customer information.
• You’ve interacted with law enforcement officials and agencies.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare’s products and services.

Salary: S$15 - S$20 per hour

Working Hours: Flexible part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Follow up on overdue payments through polite and professional communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
• Assist in preparing accounts receivable reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing studies in these areas).
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
