• Minimum 5 years solid experience in F&B industry, with at least 3 years in management position
• Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost control, and managing P/L
• Fast learning ability, effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with good numerical sense
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
