Your new role

• Revise contracts and scopes of work
• Oversee and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Identify, document, and address contract-related risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly project forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to legislative and company policies.
• Supervise documentation maintenance, change control, and validate downstream alterations against initial entitlements.
• Monitor all fluctuating provisions in downstream contracts, ensuring clear communication of increases and maintenance of equivalent resource records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a commercial management related role within an engineering or construction organisation.
