Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Personnel to join our finance team. • Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of Singapore office, working closely with the Finance Manager.
• Supervise and control activities of Accounting Shared Service Centre (“SSC”) – month-end and year-end closing process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, expenditures variance analysis, intercompany account reconciliations
• Assist in analyses monthly financial results to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GST implications relevant to their business operations and transactions across various industries, including the financial sector.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized, efficient Accounting Assistant with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy. Accounting assistant can expect to handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with inventory, database, and record maintenance, prepare financial reports, issue checks and making deposits, and generally ensure that the office operations are running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts receivables

· Daily monitoring of collections from all sources, communicate to reservation team member on timely manner to ensure it is correctly and timely Registered in reservation system.

· Bill the sales orders after verifying with the report download from reservation system and ensure sales invoices are all closed.

· Register on-board sales, if any.

Accounts payable

· Prepare PO.

· Register all invoices on timely basis to correct account and maintain accounts payable listing with due dates.

· Prepare payments as per due date through online banking based on the due date on a weekly basis.

· Register the payments into accounting system.

· Email payment voucher to respective suppliers.

Cash management.

· Petty cash management.
