The Role

Reporting to the Global Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the regional tax compliance and reporting, transfer pricing, tax planning as well as tax audit and risk management. Manage the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns for international jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with global tax reporting requirements, assist in the preparation of tax provisions for financial statements, including IFRS compliance. Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Provide guidance to regional accounting and tax teams on compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will assist the Transfer Pricing team in delivering high quality compliance and advisory services to our diverse client portfolio in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance in analyzing the financial statements of our clients and identifying related party transactions for Transfer Pricing compliance purposes;
• Preparing draft Transfer Pricing proposals as per the firm’s templates and processes;
