• Generate financial reports as per management or statutory requirements.
• Validate transactions processed by junior staff for accuracy.
• Oversee GST reporting, corporate tax returns, and other relevant statutory tax reporting.
• Supervise and maintain the overall fixed asset register to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in the annual audit process by preparing required schedules and collaborating closely with auditors.
• Support the creation of the hotel's annual operating budget and contribute to monthly financial forecasting.
• Ensure all hotel permits and licenses are up-to-date.
• Proactively inform the Financial Controller of current and potential operating or financial concerns.
• Engage in process enhancements and participate in special projects, including pre-opening intiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts including preparation of the 3 main financial statements;
• GST, CIT & WHT filing;
• Managing Inventories recording and reconciliation;

Qualification, Skills & Experiences:
• ACCA (Full or partial) / Accounting degree graduates with at least 5 years of working experiences;
• Full set of accounting knowledge;
• Maritime/ Shipping industry experiences is a bonus (not a must);
• Proficiency in SFRS / IFRS requirement and ensure compliance;
• To be hands-on and a self-starter;
• Perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• A fast learner and be meticulous;
• Good team player and able to work independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Excellent MS Excel and communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics or other ERP systems

• Servicing a portfolio of tax clients
• Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work, such as tax computations, tax returns including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns.

• Work with sponsor to prepare and review documents (including bi-annually announcement, press release, circular etc)
• Assist in Group forecasting and budgetary process
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders in completion of IPO
• Ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
