Day to Day Activities

• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial well-being and support key compliance areas, including statutory audits, corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.

We create fun, engaging, and visually stunning mobile games, and we're seeking someone who shares our vision and can strengthen our financial capabilities through accurate reporting and in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Consolidation
  Review the group's subsidiaries' accounts.
  Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the group's financial statements.
  Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during the consolidation process.
• Financial Reporting
  Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
  Prepare statutory financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analysis & Business Partnering
  Perform analysis of financial results to identify trends, variances, and present recommendations for improvement.
  Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and enhance the quality of data.
  Partner with the business team to understand and explain variances and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
• Audit
  Provide necessary documentation and address queries in relation to the group accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of group consolidation experience.
• Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Tech or Video Gaming Industry will be prioritised.
• Ability to understand and converse in Mandarin is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibility:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full Set Assistant Accountant to oversee the entire accounting process within our CNC spare parts manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including bookkeeping, cost accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger management. The Full Set Accountant will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, financial statements are prepared timely, and compliance is maintained with accounting standards and local regulations.

Job Description:
- Prepare and submit monthly CPF contribution, employee salary voucher.

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
- Track and allocate production costs (materials, labor, overhead) to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide insights on financial performance.
- Oversee inventory valuation and perform regular reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and prepare timely tax filings.

- Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.

- Implement internal controls and support external audits.

- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:

• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
