Handle both accounts receivable and accounts payable function
Performing general accounts duties, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Processing transaction, issuing checks, updating legers, budgets
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
Accounting for, preparing and submitting GST returns
Working capital and cash flow management
Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows
Preparing Inter-company reconciliation & bank reconciliation statement and resolving open items
Coordination with IRAS for tax matters
Coordinate with regional/branch offices
Assisting with audit, general administrative duties or any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy / Diploma in Commerce or any other equivalent qualification
At least 2 -3 years of basic accounting experience
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and word
Strong knowledge of compliance
Basic accounting experience
Meticulous, responsible and good team player
Able to work independently
