• Accounting, book-keeping for company's clients
• Handle full set of accounts for company’s clients

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience in accounting/secretarial firm that provides accounting services to other clients
• Bilingual with proficiency in English & Chinese
• Able to start work in short notice period
• Singaporean and PR only

Work Location: MacPherson

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Candidate should have relevant experience in book keeping in an outsourced book-keeping firm. Fresh graduate with the correct attitude will be considered.

Book-keeping, corporate secretarial and corporate taxation experiences will be an advantage. Prior audit experiences will also be taken into consideration. Experiences in SGX-listed companies are also relevant.

Job Description:

• Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities
• Laise with external auditor on statutory audit
• Prepare audit schedules and handling queries
• Provide corporate secretary for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries
• Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions etc
• Other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and ACCA preferred
• Min 5 years of working experience in main contractor
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, year-end closing, management reports, cash flow statements, and financial reporting with the use of XERO
• Assist with E-invoices with the use of XERO
• Assist to process claims from staffs/ external vendors with the use of HRMS software
• Handle GST submissions and manage applications and claims for government grants.
• Support minor administrative duties as when as it requires

Job Requirements:

• ACCA qualification or relevant qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in XERO accounting software
• Have a good understanding of GST regularisation and SME accounting needs and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – to render general administration where suit or require.
• Good File-keeping skills
