Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Construction or similar industry, handling various projects

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording and processing of expense items

• Perform month-end closing to meet deadlines including reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and preparation of audit schedules

Key Requirements

Main Responsibilities:
