Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of payroll related functions, including tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government grant applications and submissions.
• Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process, staff induction program, training and development.
• Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit clearance procedures.
• Oversee the work pass matters of foreign workers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other related government agencies.
• Provide support for performance appraisal evaluation, salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises.
• Liaising with all government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Graduate Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience with minimum 3 years in supervising a team of 2-3 staffs.
• Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as required to speak to Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Experienced and familiar with the HRMS software.
• Support Monastery events and activities.
• Able to commence within short notice.

· Responsible for regularly monitoring maintenance policy and fleet integrity policy in accordance to Class rules. Flag administration and International standards

· Responsible for monitoring and complying to the OPEX / CAPEX technical budgets

· Responsible for monitoring and rectification of warranty, defects, condition of class, non conformances, modifications, insurance claims, troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance activities (defects, feedbacks, improvements, etc

· Ensuring fleet comply with QHSE Policy with support from QHSE department

· Responsible for monitoring validity of relevant certificates in accordance to Class and statutory rules and regulations

· Responsible to conduct regular vessel’s technical inspection and follow up by technical report

· Monitoring requisition and delivering of spares and stores through cost effective and timely manner at intended locations including sufficient stocks of critical spares onboard with support from Purchasing and Logistic Department
