· Preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications

· Helping customers choose menu items or guiding them through drink options

· Set objectives and targets par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment

· Monitor and implement cost control for beverage unit/bar

· Completes requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business through delegation

· Participates actively in implementing new ideas for improvement towards drinks menu

· Involve in planning and organizing promotions for outlet

· Assess development needs and train and coach bar staff

· Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of bar area and make necessary improvements when required.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and present monthly financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and any other reports as required.
• Lead and supervise the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations, including billing and procurement tasks.
• Ensure efficient cash management, along with timely payment processing and collection efforts.
• Handle tax, audit, and regulatory compliance matters, coordinating with external parties as needed.
• Drive the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including reviewing and implementing process and system enhancements.
• Oversee credit risk management practices.
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and legislation, and provide recommendations to management as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization and take on special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing/ Engineering/ oil & gas industry is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a Finance team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
