Ensure consistent timeliness of loading and unloading to avoid delays in inbound material removal and outbound shipments by the team. Included will be the correct shipment to our customers at all times by the training team to perform cross-checks and follow instructions on the material loaded.

Job Requirement:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Must have more than 20 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering works
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.
Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and contractors while liaising with peers and colleagues from various departments. Possess the mental and physical stamina to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
