You will report to the Lead of RPD’s Grants Policy team that oversees WSG’s funding policies and guidelines. As an RPD officer, you will contribute to the development and review of funding policies and facilitate central oversight of WSG’s grants design and implementation effectiveness through policy and programme reviews and enhancements.

Responsibilities

a) Policy Development and Review

• Develop and review WSG’s funding policies and principles to support its mission and strategies
• Review and update WSG-wide funding agreement templates and guidelines to ensure relevance and fit for purpose

Job Scope:

• Prepare and manage P&G Freight Bill invoices and reports
• Generate customized reports based on customer requests
• Analyze data and provide detailed reports as needed by management
• Attend meetings with customers to address concerns and discuss shipments
• Coordinate with Declarator and customers for the application of SICC-COO
• Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth communication
• Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, held monthly or as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues promptly

• Manage project shipments, including attending site viewings and handling related tasks

• Manage compensation and benefits programs throughout APAC Region in alignment with corporate and regional business objectives
• Lead Compensation & Benefits work stream for M&A activity in APAC
• Advise regional senior leadership on all aspects of compensation and benefits strategy
• Provide consultation, training and support to APAC HR Business Partners and Senior Business leaders

• Manage a team of Total Rewards Professionals to deliver the charter in the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above with 15+ years of HR-related work experience.
• Experience in designing Total Rewards programs for China / Taiwan/ HK/ Korea / Japan / Malayia / Singapore / Thailand / Vietnam
• 15+ years Compensation & Benefits design or consulting experience, in which 5+ years APAC region C&B experience in High Tech Industry and 5+ years of working with Global vendors (Radford/Aon/Mercer) to design and manage Compensation & Benefits programs
• GRP / CCP certification is preferred
• Solid M&A project experience
• Familiar with system tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Workday, Com&Ben Surveys, etc.)

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, coordinate activities
• Close monitoring of structural work progress, coordinate with precaster, steel bar suppliers and structural sub-contractors.
• Study project specifications such as civil/structural, architectural and M&E drawings
