· Experienced Delivery & Service Management Lead with demonstrated experience in managing the full stack of delivery (design, build, test & deploy)
· Experience in Health IT Application Support/Maintenance or Development environment
· Strong knowledge in Liferay, PEGA and AWS (with certification is preferred)
· Scrum Master Certification
· Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
· Oversees the planning, execution, and end to end implementation/delivery across design, build, test and deploy phases
· Coordinates with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing risks, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and conducting post-release reviews to improve future processes.
· Manages onshore, offshore delivery teams.
· Fully responsible and accountable for ensuring the smooth and stable delivery of critical healthcare systems.
· Provides guidance to stream leads in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to applications.
· Coordinates timely response for new service requests and planning for their delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years experience in relevant role
