Responsibilities (Work Scope):

• Develop and implement SCCC’s programmes and be accountable for delivering project deliverables that are in line with established SCCC strategic priorities and programming pillars. We are searching for an Assistant Manager/Section Manager, Rostering! You will be part of the (Flight and Crew Rostering) team and will be the providing operational support to Crew Rostering. You will work closely with Crew Operations, Network Planning, IOCC, Cabin Services team, IT, HR, Flight Ops, Ground Operations to meet operational performance standard, crewing of all flights and non-flight duties, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Crew Planning Management

• Ensure that the crewing requirements for each aircraft type is met
• Ensure ANR Compliance in rostering
• Support inaugural flight crewing arrangements, liaising with appointed GHA where required
• Manage leave liability and administrate annual leave exercise.
• Ensure productivity and operational levels are consistently maintained
• Work with Training to support efficient planning of attendees;
• Work with SEP to plan and roster recurrent training classes;
• Ensure timely roster publication, and adherence to established FRMS guidelines;
