Reporting to the Director, Development, the Project Manager will manage complex, grant-based projects involving multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent potential setbacks.
• Work closely with senior professionals and academics from various sectors to achieve project objectives.
• As required, travel to project sites outside of Singapore to oversee project implementation and progress.
• Lead and manage education and healthcare-related social projects to improve lives in Asia.
• Perform ad hoc tasks or take on other responsibilities related to the operation and activities of the Foundation assigned by the senior management.

Preferred requirements and experience

• At least a Bachelor's degree from a good university, with a preference for a graduate degree.
• Experience (at least 3 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in commercial and non-profit environments.
• Proven track record in managing project budgets, project timelines, project risks and stakeholders' expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to deal with partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites internationally.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and a pleasant personality.
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimum supervision.
• Passionate about serving underserved communities and making a positive impact.
• Demonstrates honesty, sincerity, and a positive, can-do attitude.

· Experienced in Gymnastics Coaching for children (aged 18 months old to 12 years old) and able to lead a class of 10-20 children at one time

· Mentor and Guide trainee/ junior coaches

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

• Deliver operational excellence and infrastructure best practices for both on-prem and Azure setup

• Identify hardware, software, external service cost estimates, and resource requirements to meet assigned project scopes and objectives.

• Works closely with internal users, partners to proactively manage all Infrastructure, Network and EUC topics and requests

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage

Provide event consultancy, overall project and stakeholders’ management including event planning, management and execution to ensure clients’ satisfaction and continued business. Lead and guide assigned project team members to ensure seamless delivery of assigned projects/events.

Key Responsibilities:

Event consultancy

• Provide sound event advice and solutions to stakeholders base on experience
• Offer measured recommendations relevant to the needs of the project and/or clients

Overall project management

• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
• Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all regular progress update meetings
• Provide speakers liaison and management
• Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
• Manage event collateral design and production
• Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
• Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
• Budget and timeline management and updates
