Plan and assist in change management activities, including training sessions and communications.

Agile Transformation:

Lead the agile transformation for business groups.

Conduct interviews, assess customer journeys, and design To-Be operating models.

Team Leadership and Coaching:

Coach and facilitate Solution Design Labs. Lead and guide the team through the Design Thinking process.

Technology Evaluations:

Conduct technology evaluations and selections for the client based on business requirements.

Manage day-to-day project management activities, liaising with counterparts and consultants.

About you

• At least 10 years of SAP Consulting experience, with a minimum of 3 years project management experience and 5 years as a SAP functional or technical consultant.
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and technology assessments.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
