· Evaluate readiness of software systems for cloud migration, identifying gaps and aligning plans with business goals.

· Design and executed migration strategies to transition on-premise systems to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact.

· Conduct detailed risk assessments, testing, and validation at every stage

· Ensure cloud security during cloud migration by evaluating security and risk factors

· Manage cross-functional teams and collaborated with collaborate with stakeholders to complete the migration on time and within budget.

· Ensured compliance with internal and regulatory standards,

· Contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills Required

1. Education – Bachelors or higher degree
2. Managing and leading team to deliver cloud migration solutions
3. Monitoring of performance and quality of migration solutions
4. Evaluate security and Risk factors of solutions delivered and deployed
5. Manage stakeholders
6. Preferably with background in banking / financial domain
7. Preferably with background in migration SAP systems to cloud
8. Expertise in Tableau, SQL, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions
9. Exposure to entity data from external data providers – Refinitiv, BvD, Bloomberg, S&P, Moody’s etc
10. Experience in product management for data related deliverables
11. Experience in reading and processing data across various data formats – json, xml etc
12. Exposure to data modelling.
13. Well versed with SQL
14. Understand Data warehousing concepts - Data Standards, Data Models, and Data Mapping.

Postion Purpose

The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing activities with the marketing team to obtain top of mind brand recall and revenue generation through creating exciting touchpoints for customers and meeting customers’ needs.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the F&B brands and products.

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

· Manage and develop marketing campaigns, website content, social media to reach target audiences.

· Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, such as social media posts and promotional material.

· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

· Develop and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers.

· Drive the success of a brand including obtaining market share, building top of mind recall, and increasing toplines

· Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to constantly innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience.

· Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

About the Role

Join a dynamic team to lead growth marketing initiatives for Consumer Apps. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll design in-product experiments, manage feature launches, and ensure seamless communication between global and local teams. Your work will play a vital role in driving user engagement and optimizing product performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-product growth experiments across channels such as push notifications, homepages, and email campaigns.

• Analyze and report on marketing campaigns at channel, country, and campaign levels.

• Develop streamlined processes and growth opportunities across APAC markets.

• Collaborate with global and local teams to launch features and marketing assets.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline).

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, with expertise in push notifications, email campaigns, and user funnel optimization.

• Experience in A/B testing and managing marketing experiments.
