The Role
You will lead critical aspects of tax compliance, transfer pricing, and planning in a global environment. You will oversee the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns across international jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with global tax reporting standards such as CbC and FATCA, and contribute to IFRS-compliant tax provisions. Partnering with external advisors and regional teams, you will provide guidance on regulatory requirements and deliverables. Take charge of developing and implementing transfer pricing policies, conducting benchmarking studies, and aligning intercompany pricing with global standards. Your expertise will also be instrumental in crafting international tax strategies to optimize liabilities, navigating tax law changes, and structuring cross-border transactions. In addition to supporting international tax audits and managing BEPS-related developments, you'll proactively mitigate risks and streamline processes. You will enhance efficiency through automation tools and ERP integration, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a dynamic tax landscape. Your Profile
Our client is seeking a highly skilled tax professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. With at least 5 years of relevant tax experience, you will bring expertise in leveraging accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, are essential to succeed in this impactful role.
