Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, the incumbent will be working in a team of 5 staffs. He / She will be responsible for supervising the team, monitoring credit exposure status, investigating excesses & overdue of all the outstanding deals, recommend appropriate credit limits, and credit reviews of all the counterparties and financial institutions. This role overseeing the warehouse operations, local distribution, resource planning, P&L and warehouse improvement projects.

Overall Operations Supervision

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to Company’s warehouse(s)

- Establish and monitor the basic practice and implementation such as MHE pre-inspection, daily-walk-about in the respective work environment with the support from section leads below SLM

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

- Analyse monthly department P/L starting from sales revenue, direct cost, indirect cost up to gross profit with the direct superior.

Skills and Experience

Our Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of relevant banking experience in credit risk management either as an analyst or a credit approver and a University degree
• Ability to evaluate client business models, identify key risk issues, determine the appropriate risk appetite and take quality, defensible credit decisions.
